Directions: Bring Water to boil, add Salt, put Spaetzle inside, boil for 15 Min, stir ocationlie, take cooked Spaetzle out with a colander (pasta strainer), rinse short with cold water, put it on a plate and springle oil on it or put cheese on it and bake it to melt the cheese.
