Spelt flour is best for home baked white bread. In the old days milk was used for this dough instead of water.

 

Ingredients: German spelt wheat from southwest Germany.

Description

Make your very own all natural spaetzle with our 1 pound bags of German Spaezle-Flour. Directions to bake German Spaetzle:

• 16 oz Spaetzle Flour
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup cold water
• 1/2 Tsp. salt

1. Mix all ingredients to form dough.

2. Add dough to a spaezle press or push through a medium hole cheese graterover boiling salted water.

3. When the dumplings begin to float they are done.
