Spaetzle is a delicious side dish originating in Germany. Spaetzle-Flour is perfect for making any homemade artisanal pasta.
Directions to bake Spaetzle:
• 16 oz Spaetzle Flour
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup cold water
• 1/2 Tsp. salt
1. Mix all ingredients to form dough.
2. Add dough to a spaezle press or push through a medium hole cheese graterover boiling salted water.
3. When the dumplings begin to float they are done.
