Muesli

Muesli is a healthy mix of whole grains, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Eaten cold or hot, with milk, juice, or water. Promotes good digestive health. Promotes weight loss by keeping you full. Fills the body with natural nutrients. Keeps the entire digestive system working and clean.

Basic recipe – cold use
1. Mix 1 cup milk with 1 cup of Seitenbacher Muesli
2. Stir
3. Let it soak for around one minute
4. Eat 🙂
You can also eat raw with yogurt

Basic recipe – hot use
1. Mix 1 cup milk with 1 cup of Seitenbacher Muesli
2. Stir
3. Put in microwave or on the cooker
4. Let it cool a little
5. Eat 🙂
